Att. Murat Hazinedar was born in 1971, in Istanbul. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Istanbul University Law Faculty and established Hazinedar Law Office in 1997. Hazinedar who has represented prominent companies and persons in Turkey actively, practices as an attorney in areas such as commercial law, execution and bankruptcy law, law of obligations and administrative law. Having worked as a legal consultant, attorney-at-law and manager of domestic and foreign companies pursuant to corporate governance principles in public-private partnerships (PPP), privatization and corporate law, Hazinedar also made significant investments in the industrial sector.
Hazinedar served as the Mayor of Beşiktaş between the years of 2014-2019. At the same time, he participates and supports many non-governmental organizations and socio-cultural associations as founding chairman, honorary board member and board member. He was a Founding Member of the Association for Reduction and Control of Carbon (Greenhouse Gas) Emission in order to develop, support and raise awareness of the “Clean Air and Clean Water” project.
